Silverstone Weather Makes For Interesting Racing

Another weekend of “what could have been” - first half of qualifying had me in P2 then P4 but after our pit stop, in changing conditions we dropped to 9th.

Unfortunately in race one we suffered a mechanical failure which caused the car to breakdown on track, luckily it was a safe place where the car was safe to park.

Race two was then started from the back row, a good charge through the field led to a 8th place finish from 14th.

Race three was interesting in the changing conditions at Silverstone. Carving through the pack early on slower down until mid race and after a mid-race safety car.

Great to have some wheel to wheel action and show the ability to overtake, it would’ve been an even stronger weekend had the qualifying position been better.
